Why buy Wagyu?
In short, Wagyu is a Japanese breed of beef cattle known for its intense marbling and incredible flavor. However, even though it is high in fat, it is also heart healthy. The fat that is woven into the muscle of Wagyu beef has a higher rate of monounsaturated fats than saturated fats. Simply put, it is more of the good fat, than the bad fat and our bodies can more easily break down and digest the fat that is found in Wagyu beef. When you buy Legacy Ranch American Wagyu beef you are making an investment. We understand that it isn't the cheapest beef you can buy, but we believe in this product so much that we are convinced that if you try it you will never go back to grocery store beef.
So what is a beef share?
A 1/8 beef share from Legacy Ranch contains 60 lbs of rich, premium, all natural and heart healthy, grass fed and grain finished American Wagyu Beef. This means you receive half of the cuts from an entire beef animal including half of the steaks, roasts, and ground beef. This means you will receive everything from American Wagyu Filet Mignon to mouthwatering chuck roasts, short ribs and ground beef.
In all bundles we chose to include some of our pre-pressed burger patties. We understand many people may prefer to hand press their own with our ground however these make a quick and easy meal for your family! That's our goal, we want to make the process of buying bulk beef easy for you.
That is why we will ship directly to you at no extra cost. That's right, FREE SHIPPING! You will be stocked for every possible event and ready to share incredible beef with family and friends. Plus, you will have endless options of roasts, high end steaks, and various easy to prepare cuts.
