Thank you for supporting Legacy Ranch. Because we sell food and perishable products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items, including but not limited to fresh beef, frozen products, and snack sticks.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned.

Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders that were not properly stored after delivery

  • Missed subscription cancellation deadlines

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist. Legacy Ranch is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
