We raise American Wagyu beef cattle. Wagyu simply means “Japanese cow.” The genetics we used to establish our herd can be traced back to the first Wagyu cattle brought to the U.S. While we use the general term Wagyu to describe our cattle, they are actually mostly Akaushi, a specific breed of Wagyu. We have a small herd of cows that calve each spring. We raise those calves from start to finish and have the privilege of sharing them with you, our valued customers. Your support allows us to raise our children on a farm and teach them the value of hard work, responsibility, and gratitude for God’s provision. We are eager to share our beef with you—from ground beef to filet mignon—and to reflect and share Christ through our work, our family, and the heart of Legacy Ranch.
