We strive to faithfully steward what the Lord has graciously entrusted to us and to reflect Christ through our work, our values, and relationships built. Wagyu Beef
We raise American Wagyu beef cattle. Wagyu simply means "Japanese Cow". The genetics we have used to establish our herd can be traced back to the first Wagyu cattle that came to the US. Wagyu Beef is known for its incredible flavor and unmatched tenderness. One of the greatest things about Wagyu beef though, is that it has been proven to be heart healthy!
What We Do & Why we do it
We raise American Wagyu beef cattle. Wagyu simply means “Japanese cow.” The genetics we used to establish our herd can be traced back to the first Wagyu cattle brought to the U.S. We maintain a fall and spring calving herd of mother cows. We raise those calves from start to finish and have the privilege of sharing them with you, our valued customers. Your support allows us to raise our children on a farm and teach them the value of hard work, responsibility, and gratitude for God’s provision. We are eager to share our beef with you—from ground beef to filet mignon—and to reflect and share Christ through our work, our family, and the heart of Legacy Ranch.
