Thank you for shopping with Legacy Ranch. Below you’ll find details on how and when we ship your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping for orders under $200: $45

  • Shipping for orders over $200: $0

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Perishable Items

Most of our products are perishable. We take care to package and ship items appropriately to maintain quality during transit. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Legacy Ranch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at naomi@legacyranchaw.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
