Wagyu Beef Fat, also known as Suet, is the most prized fat of all. Unlike typical back fat that can be found at your local butcher shop, our prized Wagyu Beef Suet comes from around the kidneys and is only available in limited quantities.

Pictured above is a peice that weights roughly half a pound.
